The Place

Harmony Hill Healing Retreat, a beloved 15-acre institution with a 30+ year history of free healing retreats for cancer patients, is moving off site and the incredibly special property is for sale. Perched above Hood Canal in the quiet resort town of Union, WA on traditional Skokomish land, this place is a sanctuary for mind, body, and soul.

The retreat center sleeps 34, has seven unique buildings, features conference meeting facilities for up to 175, commercial kitchen and dining, acres of forest hiking trails, a natural beach, and exceptional views of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains.

It’s a turn-key operation with a wonderful, dedicated grounds and hospitality staff.

With the support of the Harmony Hill organization, we plan to continue the legacy of the land as The Union Center.

One of Mindful Magazine's Powerful Woman Leaders, Tovi leads leaders to transform themselves and their teams through signature curriculum in mindfulness, DEI, and emotional intelligence.

A Union local, Seyta brings a wealth of experience in transformational leadership, online education, small business operations, teaching, and academic research in dreaming and consciousness.

Amy is a skilled healing practitioner with expertise in various modalities, as well as 25+ years of experience in business administration, marketing, and media production. She also nurtures the land as a dedicated gardener on the property.

Kim has 30+ years leading Washington-based non-profit organizations, spearheading transformative initiatives in collaboration with local, state, and national partners, with a focus on advocacy as Executive Director.

Our Immediate Need

Our first step is to purchase the property, a unique real estate investment.

As the property isn't publicly listed, it's currently priced below market value.

We are raising a total of $6 million, encompassing the property purchase, transition funding for staff and operations, and necessary repairs and upgrades.

With these resources, our team is poised to transform The Union Center into a vibrant community asset and a catalyst for lasting transformation.

We're flexible and open to exploring various models to make our vision a reality.

With our 501c3 status, we are open to philanthropic contributions, which are tax deductible, with legacy naming possibilities and access to the center.

We are also open to partnering with aligned organizations and individuals as investors in our real estate holding LLC with a Union Center tenant contract.
